1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website, courses, coaching services, or any related offerings provided by Consciously Her, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue the use of our services.

2. Courses

2.1 Use of Course Content

All digital courses, videos, materials, and resources provided by Consciously Her are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access and use the course content for your own learning.

You may:

  • View and read all materials available in your course dashboard.

  • Download or print PDFs or worksheets for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share, publish, upload, copy, distribute, or provide course content (including access links, logins, PDFs, videos, or recorded sessions) to others.

  • Use the content commercially or in any coaching or training you deliver.

These rules apply during and after course access.

2.2 Course Access

Course access is granted to the email address used during registration. Access may depend on third-party platforms such as StandStore. The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue content as needed.

2.3 Refunds

All digital course sales are final. Once you have received access to the course, no refunds will be issued.

3. 1:1 Coaching Services

3.1 Coaching Purpose

Coaching provided by Sylvia Salm is a collaborative process intended to support personal growth, mindset development, and clarity. Coaching does not replace therapy, counseling, or medical or psychological treatment. Clients are responsible for their own results and decisions.

3.2 Confidentiality

All coaching conversations are confidential unless disclosure is required by law. Personal information is never shared with third parties without consent.

3.3 Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom or another mutually agreed platform.

Clients agree to:

  • Attend the session on time.

  • Participate fully.

If the client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the session is considered canceled and a 50% refund of the session fee will be issued.

3.4 Cancellations, Rescheduling & Payments

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance. Changes can be made via the Calendly link in the confirmation email or by contacting info@consciouslyher.com. Coaching fees are processed securely through Calendly (Stripe or PayPal).

4. Liability Disclaimer

You acknowledge that results from courses and coaching depend on your personal commitment and implementation. Consciously Her makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or improvements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consciously Her and Sylvia Salm are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our content or services.

5. Third-Party Services

Our services use platforms such as StandStore, Calendly, Stripe, and PayPal. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and privacy policies of these providers. The Company is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or issues caused by third-party systems.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
